Viewz (www.viewz.com), a World Wide Web site geared to personal computer users, has won the Gold Site Award from Net Guide magazine in March 1997. The Web site has also won the "Canuck Cool Site of the Day" award.

The site was designed by Blue Cat Design (www.bluecatdesign.com), a Toronto area design firm specializing in Web site design and online publishing, that has been producing premier Web sites for an international list of clients since 1995.

"An online magazine is a complex and involved undertaking", says Viewz Producer, Stewart Hall, "and the Blue Cat Design team were able to pull it all together. They were thoroughly professional, highly creative and technically adept. Their design of the site has been receiving rave reviews from our audience."

"The Viewz Web site was a creative and technical challenge because of its high level of interactivity," says Blue Cat Design's Creative Director and CEO, Christine Rowland, an award-winning designer with twenty years of graphic design experience including seven years as Art Director for the CTV Television Network, "About 75% of the site is generated on-the-fly through dynamic page generation from its custom database."
